For senior living providers, resident engagement is now a core business priority. Meaningful engagement is foundational to person-centered care and for decades it has been shown to be effective when it comes to improving the health and well-being of residents. And yet, it remains the least managed side of senior living operations today.

When asked about how they manage life enrichment, 90%+ of senior living professionals will describe a person-centered approach built on the Wellness model of care with help from a passionate team. What is missing however is evidence that shows how engagement is improving business processes, what data is being measured to track improvement and how exactly an organization-wide framework is being used to advance resident engagement.

In this session, Charles de Vilmorin, CEO and Co-founder of Linked Senior, will help professionals access this important data by providing national benchmarks and showcasing easy-to-implement tools such as the SWOT framework. A real-life case study will be provided about how to implement the SWOT framework effectively by Alicia Fenstermacher, VP of Purposeful Living at Presbyterian Senior Living.

Participants who join this webinar will be able to:

  • Understand the current state of resident engagement including current challenges and emerging trends
  • Learn how to apply evidence-based strategies to optimize life enrichment within 45 days using the 85/35 rule of resident engagement
  • Use data to help make a business case for shifting the current resident engagement paradigm and moving to a social prescription model
