Yes, during the live webinar we will provide a hyperlink in the chat box to the PDF version of the webinar presentation for you to download.

Yes, every live webinar is recorded. You can view the webinar recording on our Youtube page here or by visiting our website here.

We provide NAB, NCCAP, NCCDP and/or NCTRC CEU credits for our live webinars. We can also provide a General Webinar Completion certificate to those who may need proof of attendance for other purposes.

Unfortunately, we cannot not provide CEUs for watching a recording of an event. 

No, CEU credit is only available to those who join the live event, remain in the Zoom webinar room for the full hour and complete our post-webinar survey evaluation within 48 hours.

No, you must be watching the presentation in the Zoom webinar room, not just listening in. To receive CEU credit you must be logged into the Zoom webinar room (your name will appear in the room). You can join the Zoom webinar room from any device: laptop, phone and/or Ipad. However, no CEU credit can be given to those who call the phone number only to join the event.

Your survey must be submitted before midnight eastern time on the Thursday following the live webinar event. There are no exceptions, the survey will not be opened again after that deadline. The Linked Senior team is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may prevent you from completing the survey on time.

Alternatively, if you registered for the webinar with a work email address but are trying to join from a personal email you may not be looking in the right email account for the Zoom confirmation email. 

Finally, don’t forget to check all of your junk and spam folders just in case!
