This session will feature the real-life stories of leaders in the resident engagement field, with Janean Kinzie, vice president of social wellness & enrichment at American Senior Communities, and Amanda Yelenick, vice president of life enrichment at Morning Pointe Senior Living. They will share inspiring stories of success, as well as challenges they face, in creating meaningful and purposeful opportunities for residents, especially those living with dementia.
