Melissa Dillon has over a decade of experience in senior living as a Care Coordinator, Executive Director, and Company Director for Memory Care.  Her passion is positively affecting lives through educating others in evidenced based practices for people living with dementia.  She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a master degree in Gerontology as well as certifications from Teepa Snow as a Certified Trainer, Certified Coach, and Certified Engagement Leader.  She lives in Scottsdale, AZ and enjoys traveling the country meeting the heroes of senior living

Jill McKenrick
Connections Director
Juniper Village at Brookline

Jill McKenrick is the connections director for Juniper Village at Brookline, a continuing care retirement community in State College where she develops personalized experiences that encourage active bodies, engaged minds, and fulfilled spirits. Jill began her career at Brookline as a connections associate in 2011 and was promoted to director in 2014. Jill holds a BA in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Jill is passionate about bringing joy to the daily lives of the people who live at Juniper. One of the ways she achieves this is by building creative partnerships that bring new experiences to residents so they can learn something new and continue doing what they love. Jill is a member of the Pennsylvania Activity Professionals Association and holds her Personal Care Home Administrator license. Jill is also a level-one certified iTheatrics Method instructor in musical theatre, which she puts into action with the Perennial Players, Juniper’s all-resident musical theatre troupe.
