Recorded on: 02/02/2021

Prestige Senior Living developed “My Life Story” as a part of their Expressions product and programming 11 years ago and now many senior living and memory care companies are doing their own versions. As we have seen with the pandemic of 2020, life has changed, and we have observed the residents we serve are better adapters to change than many of us who are caring for and engaging them. We also have many new team members that have joined us, who have taken on a new career in long-term care due to loss of jobs, how do we give them purpose and make their work meaningful? How can “My Life Story” help us do better, what does it tell us and how does it change the care and engagement we provide and why? How does it change me?

Participants who join this webinar will be able to:

  • Understand what “My Life Story” is
  • Learn how the tool can be used to change what you do from success stories shared
  • Show their teams how to implement “My Life Story” in a new way
