What does a community need to get Linked Senior?

All your community needs is an internet connection.

Is the Linked Senior service supported by wireless or wired internet?

Both wired and wireless. Either one works.

Can the experience be projected to a TV or with a projector?

Yes, we provide all necessary accessories for connecting your TV/projector.

Once I have ordered the service, how long does it take to get started?

You will receive your equipment within 2-3 weeks.

What if I need help setting up?

One of our friendly customer care team members will take you through the process on the phone.

Where should we place the Linked Senior kiosks?

Any common area such as the lobby, the family room or the activity room. We recommend open access and 24/7 access. Also, with wireless Internet, the equipment can be moved around and brought to residents’ and patients’ rooms on carts.

Who can use Linked Senior?

Once set up, the service is available for anyone in the community to use. Residents can easily access any experience, staff can use it for wellness, therapy and programming and family can use it during visits. It’s also a great tool to easily implement activities with volunteers, CNA’s or anyone else in the community.

What happens if the kiosk breaks?

In the case of a manufacturing defect, the equipment is covered by a warranty and is replaced onsite within 6 business days.

What kind of support is available?

Most support cases can be handled remotely. One of our friendly customer care team members will answer any question you have over the phone or via email during business hours (9am and 5pm EST, M-F). All inquiries are answered within 12 hours.

Do you provide any training in the use of Linked Senior?

Yes, we provide both onsite and remote training

I run a senior day care center. Is Linked Senior right for me?

Yes, Linked Senior is succesfully used in many day/senior centers
